Annette enjoys working with adults and is passionate about helping them navigate through various life transitions. It is important to Annette to meet clients where they are at and provide person-centered therapy, as well as to combine CBT and positive psychology in her daily work. Annette enjoys helping patients learn communication skills and ways to handle their strong emotions in healthier ways.
